Had lunch out the other day, was one of my ill days, so I chose a salad, and ordered it in small. Ohgosh! So delicious. It was a thai beef salad, consisting of beansprouts, carrot, kale and a few leaves. Slightly spicy dressing.
Dinner tonight. Not pretty but delicious, trying to up fermented foods intake. Kimchi fried 'rice' with some chicken breast. I used a half rice, half cauli-rice mixture and it came out really nicely.0 -

Quaker - Quick One Minute Oats Dry 40g, 20 g
Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein - French Vanilla Creme, 20 g
Eggs - White only, raw, 100 g
+ Stevia and cinnamon
+ More whey mixed with almond milk to make the 'icing'.0 -
