My activity level varies significantly from day to day and I don't know if it's best to select "Lightly Active" or "Active." I don't log exercise separately. My exercise in a typical week consists of 4+ days walking approx. 15,000 steps on a pedometer and 3+ 1-hour yoga sessions. Which activity level would be more accurate?

Thank you for that link! I like being able to break down the minutes of activity!0

You're probably lightly active overall. 15,000 steps put me as moderately active with my fitbit, but if you only do it 4 days a week, overall it would be lightly active. I don't really count yoga as activity, personally.0
