After a good lifting session, that's about how long it'll take me to just get to the car to go home....I'm spent.

Do 15 minutes of cardio/HIIT OR do you do 15 minutes of abs and stretching? Ready??? GO!

Slam a protein shake so I don't miss my anabolic window

I rub my muscles. I LOVE rubbing my muscles after I lift. Love it even harder when someone else is doing the rubbing for me.

If you need to do ab work then you did something wrong on your lifting.

After a routine of lifting my muscles are usually fatigued enough I can only do a protein shake and a stretch or yoga. Nothing to strenuous for me!

Either Cardio or HIIT because the military requires me to run, so I train for it after I've started to fatigue. (I'm also a lot more comfortable with running after resistance training because I'm not worried nearly as much about having an uneasy gait due to fatigue than I am about watching the weights I'm lifting quivering over my cranium.)
