I like crunchy stuff, too. The best thing I've found that's not loaded with calories is dry cereal... mostly Kashi rice and wheat flakes, they keep a good variety of flavors. Even some of the throw-back simple cereals like Kix can work... pretty low calorie, enough crunch to get your through, hopefully.

Chelseascount mentioned banana chips. That sounds awesome!

Raw almonds are like my new favorite thing! Sometimes I am limited in how much I can have with my macros for the day and when ever I discover I can fit some extra in I get so excited. And don't get me wrong, I have a taste for real junk food. I can do some serious damage to a bag of Cheetos, but now I really do love plain, raw almonds,

Dried wasabi peas, carrots dipped in hummus, yogurt w/ crunchy granola, Oikos makes a greek yogurt dip and you can get baked whole grain crackers to dip in it. Yum!

Is it bad that, out of everyone's lists this ^^ is the only one I agree with? As well as the homemade pork rinds, of course.

Pistachios. Also, I roast and salt raw almonds at home sometimes - and I make spinach chips, like kale chips, with garlic salt.
Oh! Frozen veggies, nuke them first and then brown them in the skillet with a teaspoon of butter or olive oil. Makes a great guilt-free crunch and the fat is satisfying. And roasted green beans, 20 minutes in the oven at 425.

But if I'm craving potato chips, I'll usually just make room in my calories to measure out a serving of potato chips and eat them with my sammich.
