Are you not reading the responses from the OP? How much more do you have to read before you realize you're being toyed with? It was obvious from the 4th or 5th response. Probably earlier

If this is legit then I apologize for calling you a troll and am glad you're getting help. Just remember. Muscle good, fat bad. Weight on a scale a completely pointless and worthless number to worry about. Im 210lbs on my way up to 250 lbs. I'll promise you I'll look better at 250 than 90% of people at 180. Dunno what you need to do to get into that same mentality of realizing that caring about weight is stupid, but I hope you get there.

Now that you said about the body issues thing it all makes sense.
Cutting and bulking is not really a nice experience when youre coming from a big weight.
When your at that point you need to cut, you don't look great but you look better than you have done in a while/ever did, so you psychologically don't really want to put and weight on, and mention gain fat and you're like I still have fat now!
Then you start to eat at a surplus, at this point you do actually look a bit better, muscles are full, you think shall I just stay here, its ok I'm not any flabbier.
Then when you carry on the bulk you get bigger and fatter each and every week, no one who has lost a lot of weight really wants to do that, if you do cardio too you will be fitter as well as gaining muscle, but this means you have to eat even more to be in a surplus, so if you have food issues you might end up back to bingelike levels and just ruin it all.
Thats whats going on mentally, all the people responded have stated the physical, that bit makes sense, not wanting to do it is a whole different issue..0 -

Starting out: focus on compound exercises as heavy as you can while maintaining strict form, perform each set to failure while maintaining strict form. Get your meals planned out so you get 1g to 1.5g of protein per pound of bodyweight per day-as much of this as possible from REAL food.0
