What food can you not have in the house?

For me it's kettle cooked potato chips and Cheese-its. I can't just stop at a reasonable portion....I do not buy those at all anymore
Cheez-Its for me too! I used to be really bad with sweets/chocolate, I'm not too bad with over eating much at all anymore because I don't really restrict myself from anything.. but sometimes I still may be tempted to eat a whole box of Cheez-Its if its in front of me!!0 -
Ice cream0
-
Soda!
I have a very complicated relationship with cherry coke.0 -
Carrot cake and ice cream. I ate three pieces today!!!!!!0
-
Pie, cake, chips, Reese candy0
-
Middleswarth potato chips (plain or BBQ), and Peanut M&M's. I just eat until they are all. Soooo good!0
-
Chees Puffs. AKA Cheesey Poofs. I'll eat the WHOLE bag. :grumble:0

Anything chips or potatoes in all forms. No potato chips, tortilla chips, Doritos, Cheetos, Fritos, even crackers. I cannot control myself with them. If I am craving them I will pick up a small single serving bag, like you get at Subway.
Potato chips, french fries, baked potatoes, shoe string potatoes, any thing like that is not safe in my house.0 -
meat/dead animals in general.0

anything I bake so I don't bake any more, cheese-its crackers, box would be inhaled in 2 days. cereal, same thing. chocolate anything. cookies
edit to add in bread and butter , fresh warm bread, lots of butter melting mmm0 -
Golden Oreos. I have no self control with them so haven't had them in the house in several years!0
-
Godiva Truffles. I bought them on sale, 3 "Flight" boxes (6 truffles per box) for $40, figuring I'd savor 1 truffle per day as a special treat. 3 days later, I had finished them all. Never again!
Oh, and I can't have Nutella in the house, either. I just grab a spoon and start eating it straight from the jar. Bad, bad, bad.0 -
Definitely cookies. Particularly chocolate chip or Oreo. I'll eat them all with a glass of milk, so I don't buy them. I either bake cookies I like just a tad (oatmeal, gingersnaps) and give 90% of them away immediately, or just don't eat them at all.
Also, chocolate bars - Halloween or Easter candy, for example. I do keep a bag of chocolate chips around and eat them sparingly over a few months, but give me a bowl of fun size Snickers and I'll devour 'em. So no!0 -
I don't really have any trigger foods since I eat food in moderation but some of my weaknesses are icing on cakes or cookies (the sugary the better), dessert pies, & sugar cookies.0

Dr. Pepper.0

Ditto. Plain Miss Vickie's chips with dill pickle dip is a killer for me. (Sometimes they sneak into the house when I'm studying.)
Also, cheese pastries/spanakopita type things. Or these savoury fried dough things it's possible to get in my area.0 -
Gummi Bears, Chips & Salsa. I don't buy them anymore because I know what will happen to them.0
-
Chips, cheese dips, cookies, soda, frozen pizza, or any kind of typical junky snack foods. I go totally overboard even if I get the preportioned packs. Makes me sad that I know I choose not to control myself around these things and so I just don't buy them at all.0

Cheese; Brie, Stilton (all variations), Cheddar, Goat's, smoked, Swiss, Feta, Danish blue, Jalsberg, Pepper Jack.. The list goes on. If it's cheese I'll eat it & probably steal the cheeseboard it came on too0
-
peanut butter...killed a jar in two days0
-
peanut butter , almond butter, sunflower seed butter...pretty much any nut butter, I will eat it all0
-
Muesli. Any cereal really because I will without a doubt finish the entire box. This is why I buy the already portioned oats, if I just bought a container of rolled oats I'd still manage to douse them with milk and eat the entire thing.
Bread.
Peanut butter is a massive no, I even binge on PB2.
I'm just a mess basically.0 -
Television commercials. All those adds for all the foods I don't want to eat. I have to tevo my favorite shows because if I watch the food commercials...I am struggling to keep away from the fridge. I just fast forward right though all that temptation.
I surprised that my blog says I joined fitness pal in 2011....I didn't join until December of 20120 -
Nutella...
Yup. Will eat a large jar in one sitting.0 -
Pepperidge Farms cookies. Used to be my favorite binge item. Also flavored coffee creamer.0
-
Pringles, cheetos, any thing sweet, the list goes on and on0
-
Thank goodness for diet dr pepper...0
-
Nuts. I'll buy a bag of nuts and no matter how big it is, I'll eat them all.
I used to buy mixed nuts for work with the idea that I'd have a small handful every day (high fibre)... I'd just eat them all in one go!0 -
delivery pizza. although it can be in the house, my roommate gets it often, I just go to my room. lol. but I most definitely can not order it. I love pizza. I think I even dream about it.0

If there's chocolate and caramel in close proximity of each other, I'll find them and destroy them.0
