This was in the Fall 2010 before I started my weight loss journey. I was 210 pounds at 5'3"
This was taken just this summer a little over two years after starting my journey. 150 pounds I have 15 more to lose until I reach my goal weight of 135.

2 years and 67 lbs lighter. Been a hell of a journey but worth every drop of blood, sweat, and tears!

it's the img tags but everything must be lower case and take the url tag out of it. Photobucket isn't a great one to use for this site, I recommend using tinypic.com (And no idea if this is going to work, like I said, photobucket doesn't work well with mfp)
Thanks everyone for the sweet comments.0 -

I am amazed by how much YOUNGER everyone looks! The difference is staggering!
That's exactly what I was thinking!! My friends (naysayers) are always saying "oh, if you lose weight now you are 30 you will look old and haggard" but damn!!! You guys all look like you stepped on a time machine as well as a treadmill :drinker:0 -
original goal was 100 lbs, I'm down 70. However rethinking my goal to 120

OMGOODNESS...I have read your blogs from time to time, but have NEVER see your BEFORE Pics. If you don't mind sharing, EXACTLY what workouts did you do?. .Sometimes I feel like I am running in circles and getting nowhere. Although I am not the size you were just seeing your progress gives me renewed motivation. OH DO SHARE.0 -

Starting out I just walked and did zumba, when I reached about 180 I started 30 day shred, have attempted insanity, done slim in 6, power 90 and made it to the last month of insanity but than it was time for me to start the T25 challenge I'm in, on week 7 of this now. I also jog.0 -

Here are mine. 277 lbs and 153 lbs. About 10 more to goal for me
How are you doing this? Feel free to inbox me...looks like you have little ones, so I'm sure time is a factor
Hey. I would say 90% of this is just sticking to my calorie goal set by MFP. I have never stepped in a gym. I do have 2 small kids, 2 and 3 yrs old. We would go to the park together and run around or walk laps in the mall when it was cold outside. I try to incorporate them because i'm home with them all day. But most of my success has just been by changing my eating habits0 -

You look awesome! I'm at 152 lbs now and seeing that you're only 6 lbs less makes me feel pretty great LOL. Hard to explain but I think I have trouble viewing myself how others view me.0 -
