How are you doing this? Feel free to inbox me...looks like you have little ones, so I'm sure time is a factor :)

Hey. I would say 90% of this is just sticking to my calorie goal set by MFP. I have never stepped in a gym. I do have 2 small kids, 2 and 3 yrs old. We would go to the park together and run around or walk laps in the mall when it was cold outside. I try to incorporate them because i'm home with them all day. But most of my success has just been by changing my eating habits :)

You look awesome! I'm at 152 lbs now and seeing that you're only 6 lbs less makes me feel pretty great LOL. Hard to explain but I think I have trouble viewing myself how others view me.

To all the people on this thread that posted their progress pics...... Great job! Seriously, huge inspiration to everyone I am sure, even us that are almost to our goal! It is so great seeing all the pics and seeing how much happier and comfortable everyone looks in their after photos. I love it!

    Hi Guys

So I was 233 pounds at the start of my journey, which was around April this year I think.
I have been battling with my weight since I was 15, I am now 27. I've been around the 233 pounds for about the last 7 years.

Here are my before pics, taken in December 2012 and January 2013.

    January_2013.jpgDecember_2012.jpg

In the last 5-6 months, I have lost 25 pounds and I am now 208 pounds.
The difference I see so far is awesome, I feel so much better, and I know I CAN get to my goal weight.
My first goal is 187 pounds and then onwards to 165 pounds.

here are my current in progress pics (I have a chin again AND my stomach has really gone down and all my clothes from 6 months ago aro now starting to fall off me!):

    Sep_2013_2.jpgSep_2013_1.jpgFace_Sep_2013.jpg

Keep up the great work everyone :)
    I love MFP!

I'm 3lbs off my goal weight but I've got lots of toning to do after that, so I'm not really sure what I'll be able to get down to as I've never been this small before.

This has been a long time in the making. The before was destructive eating habits, unhealthy exercise and horrid depression. The current is healthy, balanced eating, a good relationship with exercise and a happier life. Still work to go inside and out, but I'm kind of proud. Still got another 6kg to go before I get my body fat tested and then reassess my goals :)

It takes time and patience. Do your strength training and just keep at it. It's taken me a very long time to get my arms how I want them, and I'm still not really there. Lol.
