    I use it for literally everything! And yes, I count the calories when I do cook with it and/or eat it. It is SO GOOD for you!!!

    Count it, definitely! A supplement is something you take when you aren't getting enough real food, and usually they have an insignificant amount of calories. Coconut oil is real food and it has a lot of calories!

    If you don't like to cook with it, instead of just eating it from the jar why not add some raw cacao and maybe some stevia(or some real sugar) and make a little chocolate truffle thing? There are plenty of recipes on the web and you can get your chocolate fix with the health benefits of coconut oil and the antioxidants of the cacao.
