    OMG I am soo overwhelmed. I see all these before and after pictures and I cant help but swell with pride. Pride for all of those who have already done this and achieved their goals.

    I am one of the relative newbies and I will be posting before and after pictures soon!!

    You need to use the IMG tags and the location of where ever the pic is at.

    For example (remove the spaces in the brackets):
    [ IMG ]http://mypic.whereever.it.is.com[ /IMG ]
