5th day realization...

is that for "myself" it doesn't matter what I eat (within reason), it's how much I eat. As long as I pay attention to how much I'm eating and stay within my daily goals I will loose weight. I kinda forgot that over this past year. Glad to be back on MFP :) ....3LBS gone!

    Nice progress so far!! That is what works best for me too. I had a big epiphany right before I started my final serious weight loss journey almost 4 years ago - I don't have to try to live on rabbit food or cut out all the things I love (which is tough for a foodie like me), I just have to keep these foods to a minimum and find a way to make them work within my calorie allowance. And it has gotten easier over the years and helped me keep the weight off much longer than I ever have. Everything in moderation!
