    Hmm, well, where to start?
    Maybe with my ballet teacher who asked me to lose 2kg before a show? I was about 15 then, 1.65m and weighed around 68kg or so, not skinny but definitely not fat, no? Same ballet teacher saying that I just wasn't anatomically made for a certain type of jump and rubbing her thighs while saying so. Or a fellow ballet student who, when I pointed out to her that I was wearing one of her old costumes, looked me up and down and said 'that's the good thing about these, they stretch so well'. I know, the ballet world is a weird world and I honestly wonder why I stuck with it for 15 years, but there you go.
    A good friend of mine who said I had child-bearing hips - I was about 16 then?
    My grandma who always pointed out that I did not have a 'green bean figure' (French saying) and finally my mum, my lovely mum, who has been nagging me for years now to start losing some weight - since she had managed to do so anybody could. One day I got really tired of this and reminded her of how she had started losing the weight - her mum had passed away and she literally couldn't eat for grief and lost 10kg in 6 months. She hasn't nagged me since!
    At my heaviest, btw, I was 79.4kg, which is when I created my profile, I did not want to pass that 80kg mark!

    Not been called stocky before, but chubby very often. Which I found kindly euphamistic since I was over 400lbs at my heaviest! I always wonder what people will say if they have to... I think 'bigger' is common, like 'We might have to get your t shirt printed specially because you're.... bigger'(when I was in a choir once and we needed t shirts with it on). I don't mind that, people trying to be kind.

    I have been called so many things from the euphamistic to the insulting. I think one of my favourites is 'overly3D' lol.

    One of my most embarrassing times was when i was a shy obese teenager, and I was in the maths class, and it was talking about averages, and for some reason the teacher decided to use an example of people's weights. So he said 'For example, James is the lightest boy in the class, and Joselito is the heaviest boy in the class, so everyone else is between these 2 extremes' It was so humiliating. What was the teacher thinking?

    Never called fat....always called "thick" I think it's the same thing.

    I used to walk dogs in DC. One day I was out with Charlie (an awesome labradoodle), minding my own business, when a lady a block away flags me down. She walks towards me and starts yelling at me that I'm fat, ugly, pasty, and "a chubby *****" among other really hurtful things. I just stood there in shock. At the end I said, "What did I do to you?" and she said, "You exist." After she walked away I literally cried all the way back to Charlie's home and sporadically for the next couple of days. It was one of the most random, hurtful events to happen to me and it only lasted 5 minutes. I've been overweight all of my life but I'm a genuinely nice, caring, and funny person and have never really been made fun of, or picked on for it. This stranger, out of the blue, truly despised me. It's been years and it still sticks with me --- "you exist".

    Sorry to make the post kinda dark, but It feels good to get this off my chest. I've been too embarrassed about the event to tell anyone but my mom.

    Yes I know all about being the chubby girl. My grandmom used to say, you won't get a rich husband if you keep eating!! it's a good thing I actually married for love and he didn't care much about weight :-)

    Very rare that I was called fat, big or whatever to my face - I usually found that 'you look well' was the euphenism for 'you've put on weight' lol

    What a nasty thing to do! People are just vile sometimes.

    I've had them all over the years but I've always had a go back at the person giving it, because they are usually good at dishing it out but can't take it when it's directed at them.

    growing up it was "HUSKY"

    Other than a couple of minor comments, the only people to mention my weight were my mum, grandmother and brother.
    My mum told me when I was 10 that I wasn't allowed to wear shorts because my legs were too fat. My grandmother told me when I was 11 that she didn't want to see me again until I was slim.
    I forgive them both, especially my mum because she's genuinely sorry and it was just one comment.
    But my brother was just a hellish ruhtard xD He called me fat everyday of my life. One day he backed me into a wall and kicked my stomach a couple of times as hard as he could so "the fat won't grow there anymore". Cut me, kicked me, punched me, all for the reason that I was supposedly fat. He even left a lump in my breast so I would get cancer and get skinny.
    Now my body has various scars in random places.
    We don't speak anymore :bigsmile:

    When I was 285, three kids about 10, 7, and 5 walked behind me down the sidewalk, oinking like pigs, as I was walking from my car to the grocery store. Kinda wanted to knock them down and sit on them.

    Awww, blister lamb, that hurts :( I have also had some very hurtful ones, I guess we all have (I had kids pretending it is an earthquake when I go past).

    But to be lighthearted, some cute ones too... my best latino comedian Gabriel Inglesias says he is 'just fluffy', I like that one! Also I got called 'cuddly' before... I like that, it is sweet.... and I DO give great cuddles!!

    Im 5'5" and currently 148 lbs alot of it in my chest & butt. I get "porn star booty" or Im just "boobs" So embarassing. Or when my boyfriend describes someone as "fat" and the girl he is referring tol is actually thinner than me.. -_-

    5'3" and 225lbs - MIL calls me "that fat b*tch" or "that fat slob". :noway:

    But she's miserable and mean, and I'd rather be overweight and happy any day. :laugh:

    On a happier note, a few people call me "booty-licious" because my *kitten* is so big (I don't mind, they're all people I can trust not to be mean, and they all swear it's a compliment), and I've been told by a few friends that I should take up burlesque dancing (I feel way too out of shape for that, but thanks for the ego stroke!).
