Getting ready to go out with friends. What has the lowest calorie count on Chinese buffets?

It's a tough one. Veggies, egg drop soup, steamed wontons (sometimes), fruit, grilled meat if they have it.0

This!!!! I avoid buffets, just can NOT exercise control!0 -
I would try to eat anything that doesn't look buttery or greasy. They usually have salad and fruit bars. Other things they'll probably have there that aren't too bad for you: brown rice, steamed dumplings, spring rolls, mixed vegetables, chicken and brocolli, shrimp. Try to also avoid anything with dark sauce on it. Good luck and have fun, don't worry too much0

Just went. Egg drop soup, chicken and asparagus, nothing fried, fruit, salad, boiled shrimp, oysters, crawfish. The shrimp is amazingly low in calories when it's boiled.0
