I would just add in your caloric content and the stats from your machine. They do need to get it in here though. I just met a WBV machine today for the first time and was amazed. Definitely something I think I can incorporate into my new lifestyle.

Vibration Training's most popular use is for people who want a toned body but do not have the time to spend hours in the gym.

    Good luck.

I use vibration. I don't log it. I just consider it a bonus.

As far as I can tell, it doesn't burn enough calories to even be worth logging.

I've seen one of these shakey machines in my gym! A few women, who have been at the gym for years, use it every time they come in. These women are nowhere near as fit (not at all actually) as they could be for coming to the gym almost every day for years.

Don't waste your time. These are a horrible fad.

I've never seen a fat rabbit, so I suppose it probably works pretty well.

They're not in MFP because they do not offer exercise benefits. Don't waste your time on them for exercise. Find a real exercise program that you enjoy and that will actually make you move.
