This sounds delicious! It's cool, dreary, and rainy outside...I wish I had the ingredients on hand to make it today!

I made this for my family tonight and they LOVED it. I doubled the recipe and added some buttermilk biscuits for the hubby. I think I only have one serving left over! Very easy and truly a wonderful dish!

sounds delish, and I have wayyyy too many potatoes, so I am going to try this, especially as it is freezable! Im surprised by how fewcalories are in it, as I always thought potato soups were fattening!
