    today is my day off from work and i'm going to do exercises i missed since the start of the 30 day slimdown program of jillian michaels such as the quick no more trouble zones yesterday....

    about an hour ago i finished the quick no more trouble zones...here in a few mins i will be doing it again since i missed a day of it so far...and i'll be up to date on the quick no more trouble zones...

    I kind of have an unfair advantage in that I have no job and nothing to do until mid November except focus on my weight-loss! Cant give snowmobile tours until there's snow!

    btw i just looked at your profile, I didn't realize how much weight you've lost! thats awesome! keep up the good work!

    so i will own up and tell you all i bought some wine...i gave up beer and went without alchohol for almost 6 days so that is huge for me...I love my beer..i am still sticking to my food diary tho...no over indulging

    Well, I usually weigh in on Fridays, so tomorrow is the big day for me. Been doing well with my food diary and pushed myself to eat breakfast every morning. I even logged in my coffee creamer this week. :embarassed: (I just can't seem to give it up.) I've been drinking more water this week too.
    Janna: I will be enjoying my glass of shiraz very shortly. Cheers!

    OK so what is a girl to do I normally weigh in on Mondays but tomm will officially be a week and since this month started on a Friday I amgoing to go with Fridays for this month what do you guys think? or should i just wait for Monday to roll around!!

    OK so i just signed up to start a couch to 5 k challenge that's starting on october 11 on MFP....i've never done anything like this before so along with my jillian michaels 30 day slimdown program i'll be doing this too

    i was wondering how in the world i was going to do this after i signed up for it...was i needing to look at my cell phone the whole time i was doing this or what??? my cell phone has a stopwatch mode anyways so i looked on the internet for like a couch to 5k music thing...and sure enough i found it :-) below is the link to it

    after ur walking interval is up it makes like a chime sound...and very NOTICEABLE....and it does the same thing as when ur jogging interval is up...it does play music so its not like there's someone saying for u to start walking or jogging every so seconds....like i said that's what the chime sound does

    GREAT job to all the losers so far this month!! We are rocking it, are we not???

    Cnbethea- Fridays is when I weigh in too. I like doing that, since weekends tend to not always go so well, and it gives me time to do damage control before the next weigh in, LOL.


    I wanna do personals, but I am too excited and have to jump right to it!! I lost 1.5 pounds this week, which MEANS.........

    I HIT MY GOAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TOTAL LOSS 71.1 POUNDS!!!!!!!WHOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!

    Sorry for screaming, but I'm just a "little" excited :D

What an acomplishment and you should feel very proud of yourself. Keep up the good work! I hope you keep this group going because it has help me stay mindful of my goals. You are an inspirtation!

    The 6rh day of no fried foods for me!!! Whoohoo!! I know food choices is the biggest part of weight loss and this is my biggest challenge for sure. It has taken me seven months of ups and downs to finally get on the ball with my eating. I am determine to keep it up. I know if I can get my food intake under control with my exericising I will lose some weight at my current size. I love seeing my BMI is in the 40's now! And no more 50's for me!

    Last month I reached my goal early and ended up gaining back 2 pounds. This month that is not going to happen, I prosime you. I learned from the yo-yoing the last 2 or 3 months. I am working on consistency and not rewarding myself with food when I have a lose.

    The Biggest Loser show is really helping me along with all of you! MFP rocks!!! Thanks for support!! :flowerforyou: Have a wonderful weekend everyone! :drinker:

    i'm now up to date on my jillian michaels 30 day slimdown program

    even though i have all 3 dvds to the program i use the ON DEMAND section on cable....they have all 3....at least level 1 of the 30 day shred...not sure of level 2...i dont want to think that far ahead...lol...instead of having to pop in dvds everytime i just turn on the tv and go to ON DEMAND and go to jillian michaels...i have not been using the weights for the simple fact i dont have the weights yet...not for another 2 weeks when i get paid again..i just got paid yesterday but i have bills to pay...lol...but here in a day or two im getting 2 - 20 oz water bottles and use those as hand weights
