i'm super excited i woke up this morning thinking i'll weigh myself, but have been frustrated lately cause i've been stuck...anywhoo i couldn't believe my eyes....i finally got to 137 it's been 7 yrs (i was 137 right before the first kid) it took me about 5 months to lose 33lbs. Months ago I didn't think it was possible. I even got my mom and husband on this site now and they love it!!! if it wasn't for MFP and everyone that helped me this would have never happened. I feel Great now, i'm going to keep eating right and walk...i might even try for 130, and it will be high school all over again, lol....j/k

So nice to see so many people losing weight with hard work and the help of this site. It sure is harder to take it off than to put it on. I wish I had found this site a long time ago and started getting serious about losing. Now at my age it seems especially hard. Congratulations to everyone who is losing and keep up the good work.0

GOOD FOR YOU! 33 pounds in 5 months is a great pace!
ENJOY IT! :drinker:0 -
i think one BIG reason i lost the weight in 5 months is now i only drink water (with lemon) I used to drink sprite all day, so the minute i stopped drinking soda, the weight starting dropping off..fast....now if i tried to take a sip of a soft drink it really taste nasty.....0
