    This is nuts! Do you expect the MFP police to go around and give her a talking to? Maybe she has one of those Fitbit scales that's linked into her MFP profile? I like to weigh every day but since my scale isn't one of those it doesn't update my profile here. Unfortunately I'm hoping to get one of them for Christmas so I'm sure it will then, and guess what? I won't be lying about my losses any more then than I am now!

    Of course her weight gain/loss does not affect me or my lifestyle. However i thought one of the purposes of MFP was to be able to build a community of people that were going through a similar situation as yourself. Their success can be your motivation and to have people that could keep you on track as well. So if i'm following someone who is lying then there is a conflict.
    My post was really out of curiosity of if this weight loss/gain was possible and also if anyone has ever heard of someone lying on MFP.

    Yes, people lie here. For sure. But it doesn't sound like this friend is.
