i go over my sugar macro because of fruit

I ALWAYS go over in sugars. My calories are very close to the right amount, fats usually slightly lower as well as Carbs. Fruit will do it on the counter. I dont worry. I have lost so much more weight with my spinach/mixed fruit smoothie, and feeling awesome in the morning I decided it wasn't worth the stress if it's obviously not doing any harm.0

Apparently fruit isn't the problem at all.
Here's a great video from our best science program which has made me realise that I need to cut out all sugars except whole fruit. (I'm guessing that whizzed up whole fruit in smoothies are just as low GI as whole fruit.)
When I first started on MFP, I had no added sugar but gradually I have noticed it creeping in. I need to paint a great big hex sign on my tummy fat. Watch the video, you'll see why.
