If I have to do a drive-thru I opt for Chick Fil A or the Hardee's turkey burger is pretty good but I try to steer away from the fries. I just can't bring myself to put a fast food hamburger of any kind in my body now after a year of pretty clean eating and Beachbody workouts and satisfying weight loss. But if I decided to indulge and it fit in my daily calories, I would enjoy every morsel and not feel guilty!! So you enjoy!!

American McD's sound sooo much better than UK ones. All I will ever brave a McD for in the UK is the loo, the wifi, and the tea or coffee!

I see you had a McDouble--tasty sandwich, for sure.

Might I suggest a McDouble Down? I had one the other night, ~570 calories, 36 grams of protein, incredibly satisfying.

I had a McDouble (390 calories) and a small fry (approx. 230) and a large unsweet ice tea (0 calories)

Unsweet Iced Tea??!!?!?!?! Oh the horror.

I'm all about a good burger and fries but McDonald's.....bleh. If I have a burger craving it's Shake Shack for this girl. If I'm feeling a sit down burger it's the lamb burger at the Breslin yum.

I was majorly addicted to fast food. Haven't had it in 5 months. Haven't been happier.

A Mcdouble does sound delicious though.

Mmm. Love their burgers. With the tiny little onions. So tasty.

Me too! Every time I eat there I always order the burger and ask for extra "little onions"..then I take my fries and pile some on my burger..and boom destroy.

I regularly have In N Out- single cheesburger, animal style, 480 calories. I've done away with the shake and fries though.

As for the earlier question, a Steak, Egg & Cheese Bagel at McD's is 680 calories.

I usually do okay with McDonald's, but that's because all I ever want are their decadent salads and yogurt parfaits. ^_^ I've always hated ground beef and cheap meats in general. Probably why it felt SO easy to become a vegetarian.

A nice Mccancer burger, as a treat?

I could think of other better (yet still unhealthy) foods to splash out on as a treat!

So this post is about confessions. I confess to adoring McD's steak, egg and cheese bagel!

Bacon Egg and Cheese Bagel FTW.

I never have it though because with a hash brown and diet coke, it still adds up to about 780 calories. I have not had one in ages... Maybe the next time I eat breakfast outside of home!

    There is always one :noway:

I love an occasional bacon, egg and cheese bagel for brekkie. Esp if I'm running late and I'm hungover

I had a blow out the other day, chicken legend, large fries, large fanta and dairy milk flurry. And it was FREE  it was delicious, didn't fit in my day and I don't care.
