I'm a professional dieter trying to turn healthy eater. Last week was my first week on MFP and I'm still working my way around, setting up my foods & recipes, etc.
I have a hundred pounds to lose and I'll be doing it with politically incorrect commentary but no judgements! Feel free to add me, and good luck!0 -
I am a judgment free zone:)0

I just got back from a 10 day vacation where I ate pasta, drank beer and mixed drinks, ate pie and ice cream, soft serve ice cream (called creamees where I was), and ate burgers. I also ran, biked, and hiked a mountain, but hey I was on vacation. I'm back on track since Monday, but I get the real food deal, don't judge, but encourage smart choices and making good decisions. I run some, just staring out a few months ago, up to doing 5K's so still new at it and need encouragement with that. So I'll leave it up to you if you want to add me. I'm always open to new friends, try to encourage where I can and understand life happens. I'm not into strict diets and food plans, but I do like to make good choices, but I also enjoy melas out and have an awful sweet tooth ;-)0

Every Friday I have pizza! I also eat out 2-3 times a week. I don't run yet. Don't do protein shakes but occasionally will throw in a protein bar. I only judge if I see some thing to the extreme like no real food or if you ask. I am trying to lose 100+ pounds and I believe in moderation of all things. Sending you a friend request.0

I had a bloody mary, multiple beers, and pizza today! I don't like to be judged either - I just want to live my life with some moderation.

Hi Natasha, just read your post. I don't do diet food. However, I do try and earn what I eat through exercise. Never had a 'protein shake' in my life they sound ghastly! I refuse to eat anything I don't like. My 2 Jack Russells get me out twice a day, and I try and get out for another walk on my own inbetween. Was aiming to lose 25lbs and so far am down 4.3lb since joining MFP. Very happy with that. Add me if you like...
rgds,

Hi!!!
I certainly don't do diet food either! I have changed my lifestyle so not dieting because I don't want it to be a fad I want it to last! I've lost 72llbs and its changed my life. I workout every day and love it! Turned into a complete fitness nut going from doing nothing to 7 days a week double spin, metafit, Insanity and a personal trainer twice a week!
I also eat chicken kebabs and Big Macs and fry ups  and enjoy every bite of them ( its even got my *kitten* deleted because my open diary wasn't clean) get a life folks!! its food, we need it to survive and cutting things out makes me obsess about it more so I enjoy in moderation and if I have a particularly bad day i'll work it off at the gym :0)
I'm an active friend and daily logger who kinda talks a lot incase you gathered above so feel free to add me and that goes for any other active daily loggers who actually eat food!!
Happy hump day!! :drinker:0 -
Just to play devil's advocate, what if we run 20 miles, but eat greasy pizza and drink beer?0
-
I try with all my might! :bigsmile:0

FR sent.. No judgment.. Shame on the trainer..0
