Most supplements are a waste of money because they don't work or mismarketed or both. For the most part I focus on supplements for recovery.

    - Whey Protein
    - Creatine (I use this more because data indicates it has anti-catabolic characteristics, which is more important to me than anything)
    - Caffeine Pill: I workout fasted early morning, I need a wakeup and caffeine helps fat mobilization
    - WaxxyMaise: use it sometimes directly after exercise
    - Arginine Orthanodine (spelling???)
    - Fish Oil
    - Glucosamine Chondritin: I'm thinking about dropping this, doesn't seem to help
    - ZMA: Sleep Support
    - Gaba: Sleep Support

I've been drinking shakeology and use P90x bars. I love them! :)

I have a bag of decent quality Whey Protein Isolate powder (90-93%) handy if I can't get enough protein from real food on any given day, and take creatine daily.

Pre-workout, only if I'm feeling sh!te - a sugar free caffeine drink, such as Coke Zero or Pepsi Max (I'm not a coffee drinker)

    2nd for this ^

Pre-Workout: I take Citadel Nutrition Tier 1; only 4 ingredients which has studies backing them: Caffeine, Creatine, Beta-Alnine (not fully conclusive data but many suggestive studies that it does help to increase endurance), Tyrosine (not fully conclusive data but many suggestive studies that it does help to increase the effectiveness of Beta Alanine). It's also $1.00 per serving.

I also take a multi, vitamind d, and right now im finishing ON Whey - Chocolate Cononut. One its finished I'm going to create a custom blend from www.truenutrition.com, however i hardly ever use my whey...

Right now I use C-4 as my preworkout, mostly just because it kicks me in the *kitten* and in workout at 430 in the morning. Best tasting one I've found... used to take Assault, but left me feeling too bloated during my workout.

    Intraworkout: Cellucore BCAAs

Postworkout: Keep it nice and simple with two scoops of 100% Gold Standard Whey (mocha cappuccino)

Pre: 200mg of caffeine, creatine, vitamin B conplex
Directly Post: ON gold standard whey isolate

    Later in morning
Caffeine, Bronkaid (x2 spaced if I'm not doing cardio at night, just 1 early day if doing cardio)

    Before bed:
Mah fish oil and potassium supplements

Lots of sleep when I can get it.

Edit: Don't ever take anything like bronkaid without first talking to your doc and really understanding dosage.
