    I had warmed up left over goat cheese, roasted garlic, roasted red pepper, onion and chicken pizza.
  • Yoplait key lime pie yogurt, a very small square of coffee cake, and cut up pieces of cantalope. I usually just eat HEB apples and cinnamon instant oatmeal. It's my go-to breakfast. It makes my kitchen smell so wonderful after I put it in the microwave. :love:

  • Apple slices with white chocolate peanut butter. Soo good.

    my homemade granola steel cut oats flaxseed sunflower seeds slivered almonds all toasted then I add golden raisins and fresh ground cinnamon. I put 1/4 cup in with 1 scoop of chia seeds and 1 cup vanilla coconut milk. num.. later...a nice visit to the bathroom:blushing:

    Two slices of short cut bacon and two scrambled eggs :)
    Sometimes I substitute the bacon for shaved, unsalted, fat free ham.

    First Breakfast: Four nut crusli with milk enriched with extra calcium and protein
    Second Breakfast: Mixed salad with blue cheese drowned in apple cider vinegar and a slice of bread with butter.

    I had a bowl of Onken Strawberry Fat Free yogurt (about 100g) with a sprinkling of Tesco Super Berry Granola (about 30g) :)

    And I must say it was yummy!
  • 3 egg whites,
    10g of cathedral city cheese (I normally use Tesco low-fat cheese, but we're all out of that)
    10g Chorizo,
    55g family pack mushrooms,
    38g cherry/salad tomatos,
    1 slice of Tesco unsmoked back bacon.

    Comes to 211 calories, I normally wouldn't use the bacon, but I have a busy day today so thought 'why not!'.

    Frozen blueberries that cover the bottom of my bowl, topped by rolled oats cooked in water topped with mixed spice and light Greek yoghurt.
  • Swiss style muesli and semi skimmed milk.

    1 TBS butter
    1 tsp raw honey
    1 big banana (mashed and added to the hot rice)
    1 Tall Starbucks Cappuccino (whole milk)

    Organic porridge with organic soy milk, an organic banana and some organic agave.
  • Three blueberry pancakes (made with greek yogurt, so healthy and full of protein!), 2/3 cup egg whites scrambled with some feta cheese on top, and two pieces of turkey bacon. 41 grams of protein and 386 calories, and it was so satisfying!!

    Smoothie with fat free Greek yogurt, frozen berries, vanilla protein powder. And coffee... of course coffee! Normally I have 2 hard boiled eggs, yogurt and coffee.

    This is a breakfast that I LOVE. Does not feel like healthy eating to me!

    1 scoop whey protein, whole banana, 1/3 cup raspberries, 2/3 blueberries, 1/2 cup skim milk and ice blended until smooth. It was HEAVENLY!!!
