    Sometimes I'll have a smoothie, but usually I'll eat eggs with beans and avocado on the side.... or I'll make an egg bean and pepper scramble with some salsa. I love breakfast, it's my favorite meal of the day.

    Today i had tea with milk, some milk rusks(wheat biscuits), egg white omlette with mushroom, squash, cucumbers, pepper.
    After sometime i was still hungry and ate half a cheddar cheese bagel.

    Today I had one whole egg and 1/2 cup egg whites (scrambled) w/green tomatillo salsa on it, a side of canadian bacon (2 slices), a plum, and a 1 1/2 cup skim milk.

    I eat a bowl of oatmeal! 1/2 cup (dry) with 1 cup water, microwave for 2 minutes, and add cinnamon, blueberries, strawberries, and a banana. Yum yum!

    My favourite is hot oats with peanut butter.............. I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!

    Try it with crunchy peanut butter...............YUM YUM!!!!!!!!!!!

    Or I have cinnamon sprinkled on it

    I always make a smoothie:

    1/4 c. Strawberries
    1/4 c. blueberries
    1/3 c. pineapple
    3/4 c. spinach
    1 c. unsweetened almond milk
    1 tsp turmeric
    3 tsp spirulina

    Sometimes I mix a Tbsp. of chia in after it's blended, sometimes I just knock it back with a gulp of water.

    Big spinach salad, with bacon, hard boiled eggs, cheese and chicken, no dressing.

    Note: I consider that breakfast even though I eat at about noon since I'm breaking the fast.

    I'm on day 3 of the Advocare 24 day challenge. I had Trader Joe's quick cook steel oats and mixed in 2 TBS of almond butter and a sliced bannana. It was so good!!!

    1/2 cup cottage cheese
    1 cup almond milk

    2 oz turkey breast
    1 cup egg whites

    1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

    I've been eating the same thing for breakfast every day for weeks... oatmeal with a tbsp of peanut butter! sometimes a banana thrown in there.
