    My homemade "breakfast in a won-ton". This week I made them with eggs, breakfast sausage and mozzarella cheese. Fantastic if you're in a hurry and need to pack breakfast and eat them at work :) Washed them down with a big 16oz glass of water and some blueberry pomegranate white tea.

    I had 12 oz of coffee with 1tsp creamer and a packet of Splenda in it. I also had a serving of old fashioned oatmeal cooked with 20g of Craisins and 2 tsp of unsweetened cocoa in it, and served with 100g of strawberries and 30g of pomegranate arils on it. Delicious and just under 300 calories! (Yes, I weigh and measure everything on a postal scale I have at home.)
