NSV - Squat PR!

This morning I was able to squat 245lbs for 3x4. I have been working on form rather than heavy squats for the past few weeks (10x10 alternating weights between 95-175 pounds), so I was surprised when my trainer told me how much weight was on the bar. Wish I could have continued, but had to run home to get ready for work. Don't have many lifting friends in real life that would understand my excitement. I weigh around 150, so this is over 1.5 times my body weight.

OMG this is crazy! I can't even imagine squatting that much, I'm just starting and still on the bar cus I'm focusing on form. Congrats to you, such a huge accomplishment.0
