      Oh my God, You look absolutely stunning. You are a gorgeous young lady before and after but the results are amazing. How long did it take you. Have you done it all with MFP. Congratulations, Keep up the good work.

      I've used MFP the whole time. I don't know what I would do without it. I've been doing it since January of this year.

      . I definitely stayed within my 1200 as often as possible, and at first it was really gard but now it's more hard for me to actually MEET the 1200, but I try. I did a lot of cardio like the elliptical and walking, and strength training with light weights. I also do zumba classes a few times a week!
