    Yeah Dave, getting old has it's disadvantages but I do love a challenge. :laugh: And on a happier note, since I've been moving more some of the minor aches and stiffness seem to be going away:bigsmile: unless I overdo it of course:sad:
    (and I have to stick around to get revenge on my kids anyway:laugh: :bigsmile: :laugh: )

    walked another 6.75 miles today (mostly treadmill since it was pouring down rain)

    October total: 21.75 miles

    10/02: 11.45 (biked 10.3 miles and walked about 1.15 miles while taking care of errands at work and in the grocery store)

    Terrible run today - could only manage 3.3K as leg really painful. Still taking credit for it though. Hopefully tomorrow better

    Hey! Any day you can get out and run is a good day. If you are bed ridden or injured, that's a bad day for running. :-) It would have been a better day for biking but running is OK. :-)

    @SPIKESMOM - Sorry to hear about the Fitbit again! Which model was it? Was it a Flex? Not really sure what to suggest in its place. Only thing I have experience with is the old BodyBugg from 3-4 years ago and I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy. The device was fine but I had a nightmarish experience with syncing and the app crashing.

    @BUTTERFLYKISSES123 - Got you added too! Yes, please be careful not to get hurt again.
