I have been buying regular rolled oats for a while now and lately I have been adding 2tbsp peanut butter and some brown sugar. Any other ideas?

Today I did a banana nut oatmeal. It's not that different, but it's tasty
I added one banana, cinnamon, maca powder and lucuma powder in with the plain oatmeal and water. You can also stir in some unsweetened or vanilla protein powder if you'd like.
After microwaving, I topped with walnuts, a drizzle of maple syrup and more cinnamon. Pumpkin pie spice would be yummy too!0 -
Oh I try anything and everything in mine....blueberries, bananas, peaches, cinnamon, raspberries, strawberries, whatever you like! Peanut butter is great too! Blackberries....yum!!!0

You can add so many different things!
Nuts
Dried fruit
Spices (nutmeg, pumpkin spice, cinnamon etc)
Seeds (Flax seed, sunflower seeds, chia seeds etc)
Cocoa powder, chocolate chips, dark chocolate, m&ms
Peanut butter, almond butter, nutella etc
Fresh fruit
Jams and sauces (apple sauce, pear sauce etc)0 -
At the risk of this getting off on the wrong foot, have you compared the before-after on that amount of peanut butter? That's 200 calories for only 3-4g of protein. The oatmeal itself already has more protein than that, so it's not like you're solving a balance deficiency in the serving.
Personally, I tend to go with blueberries and a little unpasteurized honey. And steel-cut oats, just because I find they're tastier and have a nicer texture (nutritional differences are too small to worry about).0 -
Cinnamon & raisins! Stir in a banana or cook apple pieces along with the oatmeal.0
