I have finally lost 1.2lb :happy: it has taken me 1 whole month, as my last recorded weight loss was on 9th sept, i havent been gaining which is a good thing, but it seems as if it really has slowed down, as i am now only 4.2lb away from goal weight.
I will still keep pushing and carrying on with what I have been doing, as it is a lifestyle change not a diet!!!
I doubt if I will get the remaining 1.8lb in this month, but I will never get stressed over it, what happens will happen!!!

Great job to everyone! After losing 0 last monday, this monday is much better! 3 lbs DOWN! Finally...this week is my week off and I am doing tons of exercise, housework and going to eat right and hopefuly next week I can shoot for 2lbs more...wish me luck and Good this week on your Diet! Everyone have a great Columbus Day!

Today I weighed in at the same exact weight so I am on a mission this week to make that change. Also I bought the dress for the ball size 6 my goal is to look awesome in that dress come Nov. 6th so no stopping and no excuses now its on!!0 -
Happy Columbus Day all!! Good weigh in for me, 2 lbs down. Still on track even after a bad Saturday off the wagon. 1st birthday's are rough, especially when your too busy to eat a balanced lunch and the snacks you made are great.0

I can be having a great day and below my calories and then I come home from work and eat everything in sight. My goal for October is to decrease my sugars to one a day (I have to be realistic and don't believe a total cut off would be smart. I think I would be setting myself up for failure.) My second goal for October is to work out at least 2x a week. Wish everyone good luck.0

Salemirisheyes, You can do it.. Just stay focused and Since you have problems mainly after work, try planning on going for a walk or working out Once you get home. Remmeber that it takes 3 weeks for your taste-buds to adjust. So just stick with it no matter what. Have some vegetables (like carrots and broccoli) to munch on when you feel the urge of wanting sugar..Or go and brush your teeth.. that sometimes helps.. or Chew a gum...

Okay so everyone as you know I didn't lose anything yet but this morning I measured and I am down inches woot woot thats probably from the shred I will be back with the totals from that on the 15th that is officially halfway through the shred0 -

I'm down 1.4 this week, not quite as much as i was hoping for, but still heading the right way. I drank some wine last night, which may have hurt my weigh-in this morning, but hopefully it just makes for an awesome weigh-in next week! I WILL be in the 2-0's next week. Dont know if i can hit 200 by the end of the month but I know I can come darn close!

Dropped one more pound this week. I am down 8 on my way to October's goal of 10 lbs lost for the month. I have finished my second week using this program I have leveled off a bit and I am enjoying controlling my food intake. I've been pretty successful exercising every week day and some weekend days.0
