I've used frozen banana slices instead of ice to get a super creamy shake, but right now I'm trying to avoid bananas because of their high sugar/carb (just a personal experiment with my nutrition).

Do you think if I froze the pumpkin puree in an ice cube tray and used that, it would give similar results? I'm gonna pop some in the freezer tonight and I will report back in a few days!
