Three blueberry pancakes (made with greek yogurt, so healthy and full of protein!), 2/3 cup egg whites scrambled with some feta cheese on top, and two pieces of turkey bacon. 41 grams of protein and 386 calories, and it was so satisfying!!
I'd love to see a recipe for the blueberry pancakes!! I make a protein pancake with 1/2 banana, 1 scoop of low carb vanilla/chocolate protein powder, egg whites and a little water... they turn out very tasty0 -
Coffee with cream
Followed by a smoothie, usually made with:
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup 2 % milk
3 strawberries
a few peach slices
1/4 cup mango chunks
1/4 cup pineapple chunks
1/2 banana
and sometimes:
blueberries
spinach
genisoy protein powder

Coffee - of course, and a small spinach, egg beater, mushroom and pinch of cheese muffin, with 2 tbls. of salsa on top. Then a couple of hours later, I ate a package of oatmeal, w/ walnuts.0

Diced onions, cooked 1/2 cup potatoes

Fat free cheese 25 calories
Diced turkey bacon 2 slices 25 calories
Warm tortilla in microwave for 19 seconds
Sauté the filling
Scramble eggs
Even the filling & eggs onto tortilla
Form into a burrito
Spray pan place burrito in pan to brown on both sides.0 -

Fried egg, 2 pieces of bacon, half a slice cheddar cheese, english muffin = egg sammich w/ bacon

Scrambled eggs with feta cheese, on 1 slice of multigrain toast. Cherry tomatoes and slices of avocado on the side. Cracked pepper and sea salt over it all. A hefty amount of calories but so satisfying after my morning swim!!0

I seem to have fallen into a natural 16/8 IF routine with my new job schedule, so I guess technically my "breakfast" either was coffee or is going to be tuna, tomatoes, and spinach with yogurt ranch in about an hour.0

Homemade Smoothie (1 cup spinach, 1/2 cup of frozen berries (black, blue, rasp) , 1/2 scoup of protein powder, 3/4 cup of almond milk, 1/4 plain kefir, 1/8 cup of oatmeal ) I don't like it as much when i add oatmeal but it keeps me full longer.
1 sandwich round toasted(only 1 half or basically 1/2 bun) and almond butter.0
