    Three blueberry pancakes (made with greek yogurt, so healthy and full of protein!), 2/3 cup egg whites scrambled with some feta cheese on top, and two pieces of turkey bacon. 41 grams of protein and 386 calories, and it was so satisfying!!

    I'd love to see a recipe for the blueberry pancakes!! I make a protein pancake with 1/2 banana, 1 scoop of low carb vanilla/chocolate protein powder, egg whites and a little water... they turn out very tasty :)

    Coffee with cream

    Followed by a smoothie, usually made with:

    1/4 cup plain yogurt
    1/4 cup 2 % milk
    3 strawberries
    a few peach slices
    1/4 cup mango chunks
    1/4 cup pineapple chunks
    1/2 banana

    and sometimes:

    blueberries
    spinach
    genisoy protein powder


    Ever since I got my Ninja blender, I'm addicted to smoothies for breakfast!

    crockpot overnight oatmeal that inclued pears, apples, walnuts, cran-raisns, butter and brn sugar.

    Coffee - of course, and a small spinach, egg beater, mushroom and pinch of cheese muffin, with 2 tbls. of salsa on top. Then a couple of hours later, I ate a package of oatmeal, w/ walnuts.

    2 slices of seeded batch toast with a thin scape of butter, a bit of tesco honey roast crunchy peanut butter and topped with a banana.

    And a coffee with a little milk.

    Honey bunches of oat with greek yogurt mixed berries or something cereal, and a water with a crystal light packet mixed in. Day 1 of no NOS is going well(can't give up caffeine altogether though, those headaches SUCK).

    Breakfast burrito

    Mission 150 calorie tortilla
    1/4 cup egg beaters
    Diced onions, cooked 1/2 cup potatoes
    Salsa 25 calories
    Fat free cheese 25 calories
    Diced turkey bacon 2 slices 25 calories

    Warm tortilla in microwave for 19 seconds
    Sauté the filling
    Scramble eggs
    Even the filling & eggs onto tortilla

    Form into a burrito

    Spray pan place burrito in pan to brown on both sides.

    Fried egg, 2 pieces of bacon, half a slice cheddar cheese, english muffin = egg sammich w/ bacon

    Me = full, six hours later....

    Scrambled eggs with feta cheese, on 1 slice of multigrain toast. Cherry tomatoes and slices of avocado on the side. Cracked pepper and sea salt over it all. A hefty amount of calories but so satisfying after my morning swim!!

    I seem to have fallen into a natural 16/8 IF routine with my new job schedule, so I guess technically my "breakfast" either was coffee or is going to be tuna, tomatoes, and spinach with yogurt ranch in about an hour.
  • I don't eat breakfast. Just drink coffee

    Homemade Smoothie (1 cup spinach, 1/2 cup of frozen berries (black, blue, rasp) , 1/2 scoup of protein powder, 3/4 cup of almond milk, 1/4 plain kefir, 1/8 cup of oatmeal ) I don't like it as much when i add oatmeal but it keeps me full longer.

    1 sandwich round toasted(only 1 half or basically 1/2 bun) and almond butter.
