  i slice mine thick. spray cooking sheet with coconut oil. apply pepper and nutmeg, roast @450 til crunchy on the outside, flipping once. oh ya! FALL!

  I love feta and spinach mixed in my sweet potato! Also a pat of butter with red pepper flakes gives a great amount of kick to something already sweet and delicious.

  Sweet potato fries tossed in olive oil & paprika. And some salt. Baked not fried. :-)

  I like to top baked sweet potatoes with 1/2 tablespoon of coconut oil, then mash it up a little. Then add salt and nutritional yeast.
