Bodybuildingforyou.com, muscleandfitness.com, and menshealth.com are three that I use quite a bit. Lots of routines, diet tips, and exercises to keep your workouts fresh and challenging!
  • I just go to bodybuilding.com if I need advice on weight lifting and you should invest in The Men's Health Big Book of Exercises. It explains how you can do the workouts from beginner level to pro.
