    3.8 miles Scared a deer but then a big hairy spider scared me, so it all evens out.

    This made me genuinely laugh out loud. I hope that's okay.

    Absolutely fine - I laughed when I heard my high pitched squeal. I didn't mean to scare the deer, but I swear the spider had plans for me.

    And for some reason I just find the treadmill so boring.
  • +6 Km had to run to avoid the hail.

    Sunday 13th October - 3k Treadmill, 5k Bike, 1k Cross trainer and 500m swim. - so 9.5km

    75.5km so far this month. Off to head office tomorrow for work so may have to take a few days off :(

    @JANET - *shudders* I could never round DOWN. I want credit for every INCH I work for....right away. :laugh::laugh:

    @TEAMAMELIA - Yeah.....and don't be too envious, but Onawhymm's beach walks are in the Bermudas where she lives. :wink::smile: She works awfully hard there sometimes though in prettifying her property...as she mentioned tackling that ginormous hedge yesterday...

    @LEANN1979 - Congrats on starting the C25K program! It works really well and I wish you the best of luck with it.

    @JENR9/_CANUCKRUNNER_ - *PHEW* I almost created a new entry on the spreadsheet...but I thought, "HEY! I've seen that profile pic before!!" :laugh:

    10/13: 9.02 miles (3.14-mile run, .31-mile walk, and 5.57-mile bike ride)

    Completed 109.09 miles out of 100 miles…Next month, I’m certainly upping my goals since I’m being more active since it’s not so hot anymore. The actual workouts will be easy so that I can stay motivated to do them. I will just do them almost every day. I have to see what the weather will be like (hopefully not too cold that I'll want to stay in bed all day), but I hope that I can get out at least 1 day on the weekend and 3 days during the week. I just realized that I'm possibly taking nine workdays off throughout November. :bigsmile: I'm thinking that I'll work my butt off in the morning and then sleep all day. Can't WAIT!

    10/11: 6.71 miles (6.51-mile bike ride and .20-mile run on treadmill)
    10/10: 15.79 miles (4.00-mile run, 5.07-mile bike ride, 3.12- mile run, .56-mile walk, 3.04-mile bike ride)
