    Thank you for sharing:flowerforyou:
*So Delicious Almond Plus unsweetened almond milk has 5 grams of protein per 240 ml (1 cup) so that would bring the brownie protein up yet another gram or two per the 50ml. Minimal..but every gram helps and for those of you eating the entire batch..well, worth it for sure:happy:

I just made a batch! They are pretty damn good!! But next time I might throw some dates in to add a bit more chewyness but they are really good just as they are already!

I only made 5 :D and 5 muffins, so baked it for only 10 min :)

    Thanks for sharing!

Here is a recipe we tried that we really liked:

    http://minimalistbaker.com/vegan-gluten-free-black-bean-brownies/

    Yep, Black Bean Brownies.

I'm not a big sweets eater, but my daughter is. I'm not vegan, but my daughter is. We had them with company and we all agreed they were just good, regular-tasting brownies. The taste was good, the texture was really nice, and they were also really easy and quick to make - the flax and water goes in the food processor bowl to sit while everything else gets measured...then it all just goes in and gets processed together. I made them in a muffin tin so they looked nice and were already portioned, added a tiny sprinkle of chopped walnuts to the top of each, just about a tablespoon for the whole batch of twelve. Hope you like them.
