current progress pic ,makes me excited for the future!

So three weeks in, between my husbands support of doing this with me and cutting out all pasta and most bread,green smoothies, no surgary foods other than fruits,and walking 2 to 3 miles a day and gym twice a week we feel awesome. I never notice weightloss much so I'm big on progress pictures..I noticed I was wearing the same sweater as I was in the picture I took my first day of starting this life change adventure. I cringe when I look at it, but then I see what I accomplished in less than a month and it makes me excited for the future. I can't explain how greatful and proud I am of my husband, because I don't think I could have done it without him..btw hes down 10lbs!

September 27th and currently October 14....13lbs down

    thank you! and oh, I'm sure there's a huge difference! and great job! that's why I'm huge on taking progress pictures because I only notice when I compare,and it keeps me motivated.

    aw,thanks everyone! It.definitely keeps me motivated! I think I'm going to hide my scale, because I'm addicted to weighing myself..and sometimes I get bummed if I dont lose anything,but I seem to forget what I've accomplished so far in only 3wks.

    That's fantastic!!! You look great, and like you, I feel it when I put on something that used to be tight, but it really hits me in the face when I look at photos. :-) Keep up the great work - both of you!!! It's always nice and easier to do when you've got support like that.
