If your really eating 2500 cals and still losing weight, a female at 117, your BMI is at the low range, Hopefully your getting the approximately correct share of carbs, protein and fats..... I definitely would go to see a doctor.

No meat is fine, but how do you eat 2500 calories a day of fruit?

Get your thyroid checked. Could be hyperthyroidism... the opposite of hypothyroidism. Could be thyroiditis.

Could be that you still aren't eating enough.

Could be other health issues... good to check with a doctor.

it says 1880 now I suppose that will work

You can do a custom set up to the 2500 or whatever it is you want.

I will start with what it says and eat back my work out cals if I still lose weight I will increase that would work right?

Yes - that will work perfectly. Maybe take some measurements as well.

Re-*kitten* every couple of weeks but there is a good chance you are just not eating enough. Oh and make sure to get enough protein to fuel those weight workouts.

Oh and if most of your diet is fruit then I bet you are not eating anywhere near enough and defo not enough protein for lifting. Try for 0.8g of protein per lb of body weight.

    good luck :flowerforyou:

Don't do protein powder - you'll get ridiculously bulky.

Maybe try another protein power - you could get a few samples and see how your stomach feels on them, though since you're eating all the food  I'm sure you can get enough from cheese, nuts, lentils, tofu etc.

Maybe less fruit more cheesestrings

You don't need a clinic or doctor you need to actually eat enough food! How on earth can you claim to eat 2.500 cals daily when you don't track it and you mainly eat fruit.

Yeah, you need to make sure you get a decent amount of protein in if you're lifting with the aim of building muscles, fruit does not a muscle make

Track and adjust for 6 weeks - I'm sure you are just not eating enough. :flowerforyou:

It's a good idea to go get it checked. I never would have thought that I had hyperthyroidism/thyroiditis when I was so skinny a few years ago, but sure enough I did.

Yes, the Dude is awesome. Wish I could walk around in a robe all day. Haha.

Hope you get things figured out.

Start logging accurately and see what happens. However, after doing that and if you are still losing fairly quickly and you know your intake is accurate, then a trip to the DR is warranted. It can be caused by a number of things. My SIL suffered from hyperthyroidism (Graves disease), it was horrid and nothing to mess with. The test for it is pretty simple. Accurately logging will also help with any future discussions you have with a DR.

Eat less. There's no way you'll get to starvation mode and stop losing weight on 2500 cals a day ....

    :flowerforyou:

Starvation mode will also help you create fat out of a deficit. [Sandlot] FOREVER [/Sandlot]

OP, you've obviously realized you need to log, and this probably is your issue (lucky) that you just need to eat more. But if you do log, and you keep losing, do go to the doc ASAP. Unintentional weight loss can be a very serious symptom. If you go to settings and update your diet profile, you can set it to gain the amount of weight you wish to gain per week. Once you've done that, go change it to maintenance.
