Yeah you lost me at how well-known it is that sugar "causes diabetes". Well, actually you lost me at "toxic sugar", but causes diabetes was the point when I had proof positive that your link was a crock of crap.0

I watched the YouTube video linked above, and I am going to immediately decrease my sugar consumption .. as I think that it has real health implications.
You guys can joke and make fun of it .. but the science tells me that consuming sugar like most of us do, is not a good idea.
Thanks for this thread. The 45 min I spent watching the video is time well spent.0 -

Definitely grab a box to try this season! While I agree that Count Chocula is king, I do love that wacky strawberry cousin of his. Plus, alternating between the two makes them last longer.0 -

You do get that the "science" in the video isn't actual sound science, right? Read the links posted by PP for more info on why this guy is a joke.0 -

I found two of the old monster cereals at Target: Yummy Mummy and Frute Brute. Soon I will be enjoying orangey and fruity goodness.0 -

Saw those. Have yet to try them.
I haven't eaten them since the late 70's or early 80's. I'm holding off because it will suck if they aren't as awesome as I remember.0 -
Sugar is the Devil.
:devil:0 -
And now, I have to go to Target.0

NOT SCIENCE!
Intellectual dishonesty and pure quackery......the lack of critical thinking leaves me stunned....kind of akin to Leno's Man on the Street scenes......btw, I shave my head and there are no alligators in my yard.....quick, shave your heads.....a sure example of Chicken Little's cry of alarm "THE SKY IS FALLING! THE SKY IS FALLING!!!!' Oh my, lions and tigers and bears....

Health is relative. If you aren't healthy, stop giving advice. If you are, consider that what works for you might not work for others and... stop giving advice.
Learn what works for you. Get your blood work done. Make changes, and learn how you work. I bet most of the people on this thread have no idea how their bodies actually work, and yet, they want to advise others.0 -
