No Binge November!

This would be a very healthy and helpful challenge for me for November.0

I'm on board! I just started MFP, mostly because the other day I had my first binging episode in about 3 months. Ugh, really want for this bad habit to be in my past. I'll be post food and exercise daily, but just for the record, I will be planning a treat meal on Saturdays. That has worked for me in the past, so I'm sticking with it. In case you're still reading and wondering, the binge was the result of the "perfect storm" of several stresses/disappointments happening at once. Working on having a Plan B for these inevitable events. Looking forward to this group support!0

COUNT ME IN!!! November is my absolute hardest month to stay on track!! It's my birthday, my husband's birthday and then we celebrate with both of our families on different days for Thanksgiving! UGH!! So much food! I am going to hold myself accountable for every single calorie I consume!! AND.....not over indulge on all of the calorie laden foods that will be in my path!! I'm so excited to have this goal! It actually is making me feel a lot less stress going into next month!0

Yes I'm absoloutly in! I'm normally good with eating on weekdays but over the weekends I start binge eating just because of pure boredom and I put all my grams i lost over the week right back on. So yes I would love to join you guys to be more motivated.0

I'm in as long as I can say a binge is going over maintaining calories. I have Sundays set aside to go over my calorie limit because I loose better that way0

I'm totally in for this!!
What an awesome idea. I'm TERRIBLE when it comes to binging.0 -

What ever a binge is to YOU! And I agree, over our personal maintenance calories is a good definition!0 -

I really need this now more than ever. I had lost 17 pounds since May and gained 5 back due to eating crap and binge eating when I wasnt even hungry, so now I need to lose those 5 pounds and continue from where I was.0 -
I'm with you on those days set aside to purposefully go to maintenance! Helps me a lot!0

Happy Birthday! I am on board. I am starting this journey again. My wife has been a big inspiration to me. She has transformed herself into a much healthier person over the past 6-8 months and I know that it is my time that I begin to start pulling my weight. Trying to get myself to not binge has always been my struggle. I've lot weight and worked out consistently in the past, but I always seem to have my bad days that throw me off course. This time will be better and I know I just need to keep myself out of binge situations. Keeping certain foods out of the house will be the start, and changing habits will be the next step! Good luck and I'm sure this is something that we all can do! Bring on "No Binge November"!0

I'm also in I've been binge eating since August and gained 5kg (10lbs), so let the binge free November begin. I hope this last despite having to write my thesis, those late nights can really do some damage ahaha0

Heres to a great November everyone!!! I'll check in everyday to stay accountable starting today! Yaay! This sounds like it will actually be FUN!!!0 -

Im totally in!
I keep binging on 3000 calories once or twice a week. either im at home or at a friends (being with people doesnt deter me from binging unfortunately)
but im sick of not losing weight, binging to punish myself, not losing weight, binging to punish myself, and so on.
so what if i dont lose weight? no need to binge !
