I've been slacking a bit lately. I play tennis often late night and don't feel like riding bike to work next day.
Plus the 50s temp is already cold for me.

Managed 30 odd miles today but I got a puncture and I stripped 2 teeth from my main chainring, looks like my bike is slowly dying on me but I can't complain as we have covered thousands of miles together, still going to patch her up and get her running again as I feel like I am cheating if I use one of my other bikes lol

I was hoping for a longer ride but decided to cut it short. When I left the house it was in the mid-60s with a slight wind out of the south. By the time I got home it was 52 with 28 mph gusts out of the north and some sprinkles. I decided I didn't want to range too far from home in case the skies opened up.0 -

Got a decent ride in today. Fixed gear. The wind was still out of the north which made it rather pleasant: I worked my *kitten* off going out, had the wind at my back going home. I checked out some unexplored territory, got heckled ("GET ON THE SIDEWALK, *kitten*!" by a car that had to change lanes to pass me. Get over yourself. I smiled, waved, and yelled back "I LOVE YOU, MAN!" That always makes me feel better.)0 -

I participated in a two-day, 100-mile bike event called the Hilly Hundred yesterday and today. I also biked to and from the event, for a total of 160 miles in two days. Saturday was rainy and miserable. Today was beautiful. There was over 7,000 feet of climbing and some really brutal hills. Good times!0 -
