Eric Helm's Paper was published.
CONCLUSIONS: Protein needs for energy-restricted resistance-trained athletes are likely 2.3-3.1g/kg of FFM scaled upwards with severity of caloric restriction and leanness.

    What is your ffm again?


    That scaled upwards with leanness and severity of restriction part is important as well.

    Loves me some protein, but basically this says the guy doing 1.5g per POUND total mass, on a 500 cal deficit, who is 20% BF, is overdoing it.
