Turn up the music and dance around like a fool or jump rope!

Dancing like a fool to high energy music is always advisable. It's a wonderful full-body cardio session.:glasses:

Zumba! Also second the idea of dancing about flailing like a fool, it's by far the quickest and easiest way to burn calories

    -Take cookie
    -Douse in propellant of choice
    -Set fire to cookie

~100 calories burned, depending on cookie.
Good luck, I hope this helps.

CLEAN!! It's unbelievable how many calories you can burn by doing some hardcore cleaning, especially if you enjoy yourself and dance a little with the vacuum :)
