I'm a big big fan of raw almonds, and plain rice cakes with peanut butter.

baby carrots and celery are both crunch and low calorie..Dip in light ranch dressing.

Oh I love carrots and cucumber excelent idea! I don't really like celery alone I'm used to it as an ingridient. Thanks allot!!

You can also use Laughing Cow cheese or PB in place of ranch. =d

Really good apple (like honey-crisp) sliced thin
    100 calorie granola bars
Brookside chocolate covered pomegranate - 6-12 pieces (well, not crunchy, but I was on a roll...)

Roasted chick peas are a great crunchy snack. Just open the can, drain, rinse, dry, add 1 teaspoon of oil and your favourite spices (i suggest curry or taco seasoning) and roast in the oven until crunchy

now that sounds like a good snack

My kid is crunch-obsessed so we do maple popcorn, spicy roasted chickpeas, kale chips w/ nutritional yeast (cheese crunch!), super-thin (like peeling thin) slices of carrot roasted up crispy w/ cinnamon, crunchy garlic-roasted cauliflower, baked sweet potato and white potato chips, and I'm always on the hunt for new healthy/crunchy/yummy snacks hehe.

I toast almond slivers in the toaster oven - beware though - once they reach a certain point, they toast quickly - I've started a few baby fires this way, but it's worth it!

    This sounds yummy!

I have the same problem with wanting to graze, or feeling peckish.

This isn't a salty-savory type snack, but I do love some freeze-dried fruit... Pineapple, mango, berries, peaches...
25 calories per serving, which is about 6 pieces of pineapple heaven!!!!
