Yes! Just quit a month ago. The thing that helped me the most was staying home, focusing on myself, and not going out a lot. It is hard being around other people smoking, so until that anxiety subsides and the cravings are over, STAY HOME! Don't hang with friends or relatives who smoke for a few weeks. Use that at home time to make good, healthy foods for yourself and to focus on exercise. Taking long walks was awesome for me, mentally.0

One week at a time! I count the days until my next full week...Sunday will be 6 weeks for me.0 -
27 days in cold turkey. It did suck the first few days but it got a lot easier after that. If you're serious about your quit...do WHATEVER IT TAKES to be smoke free. It gets easier.0
