I am thinking I'll have a 1/2 tub Ben & Jerry's Baked Alaska or a big cheesy slice of pizza.

    I was just thinking you better be talking about ice cream!

    For me, it was just the other day that I added a homemade brownie, vanilla ice cream, and chocolate syrup altogether to make myself a brownie sundae. Total damage? About 575 calories. It was amazing.

    This. But not the in theory part...mine's a true story :P. My other options include a peanut butter and honey sandwich and a bowl of ice cream.

    This is kind of the norm for me since I don't eat breakfast and don't usually want a heavy lunch.

    I'll have some meat & veggies for 3-400 Cals, and the rest will be pie. Or cake. Or cookies. Maybe a waffle w/ some kind of nut butter and chocolate. Depends on what I have around.

  • For now, I'd open every door in the kitchen and imagine what I'd eat, then go to bed hungry. Probably b*tching about how I don't know "how all you skinny f-ers walk around hungry like this all the time."

    When I am down to my target weight and I am into my maintenance phase, any of the above sound fantastic. Peanut butter is a particular weakness of mine.

    Um no. Nothing wrong with using up the calories allotted to you. Binge eating is when you can't control yourself, go OVER your maintenance level - all the time - therefore getting fatter in the process. :flowerforyou:
