    Someone asked me about my arms. I've been doing LOTS and LOTS of toning with my arms. I do enough weight so that I struggle a little, but not enough to be really difficult. A major one that has helped is doing my triceps. I use 20 pounds of resistance, hold my arms above my head and drop my arms back behind my head and back up. It burns, but it gets the job done!

    It was me that asked about your arms, thanks for the info. I have 2 bottles filled with pennies, think I'll start putting them to good use. Cheers again and good luck with the rest of your journey.

    Wow you look GREAT!!!! It is a lot of hard work and dedication... You have done a wonderful job, I just started this in July and I am down 34lbs. and I too weighed 260lbs and now I am 225lbs, and you are an inspiration because I know what you went through to lose weight.. I to have done hard work and am doing zumba in the morning as well. So Kudos to you!!!!!!! :love:

    That is so great. I know how you feel. I loved being able to get into smaller cloths and running my miles much faster.
