    Depends. I don't usually have that many, but I do frequently have SOME because I like to leave room for a spontaneous splurge. If that's clearly not in the agenda? Second dinner! (I try to keep it healthy.) or if I just feel snacky, a lot of popcorn and an avocado with salt. Between the two, that gets me close to my goal.

    Although tonight? I'd eat the Stilton in my fridge. I've been rationing it out at an ounce a day, when really I could eat a whole cheese shop even if I were not peckish.

    I love cheese.

    omg. homemade brownies... with chocolate ice cream!!

    But I never have calories left over.. im normally trying to get on bike for an extra 20 mins just to even out dinner...

    This happens to me sometimes when I have a later evening step class at our YMCA. I can't eat much beforehand. Sometimes I'll eat a bowl of cereal with almond milk and berries, or an apple with almonds/light string cheese, or a light English muffin with almond butter, or maybe popcorn if it's movie night. Nothing too heavy to sleep on. Of course, once in a while I'll break out the wine and chocolate!

    Nothing. It would be too late to eat for proper digestion.

    A couple of hours earlier I would have had cottage cheese with apple and pineapple and maybe a slice of bread.

    Do not eat low fat salad dressings or mayo. Eat regular mayo, olive oil, etc and you would not have such high caloric deficit. Eat peanut butter or bread dipped in extra virgin olive oil, or fresh fruit like apples and grapes with cheese.

    Well, what do my macros say I'm short on?

    Since I've probably met my protein goal for the day, I'll say my extra calories would be beer. But not 750 calories of beer.

    9:30 is pretty late to be eating for me. I might just call it a day.

    If I'm not hungry I wouldn't eat. I hate eating anything after 6pm so if I was hungry i'd probably just go to bed.

    It was long run day for me today, so I'm in this position. But I don't like to go to bed stuffed- it just sets me into binge mode for the next few days. I had close to 1000 after dinner tonight and I felt comfortably full. For snack tonight I had popcorn and a few Jolly Ranchers. Still have well over 600 cals but I'm not worried about it. I feel good right now and that's what matters.
