How far apart are your daily meals?

Is there supposed to be a time period between each meal??
I eat all day long.. that's why there are times listed in my meal labels.. So i can see what times I am hungrier and if i'm over eating.. perhaps switch up what I eat to something more substantial and less calories.
I co-workers tease me because every time they come in my office I am eating something differernt. LOL0 -
15-60 minutes. I eat ALL day. Sometimes I wait about 3 hours before starting just because I don't get a chance to eat before I get to work. I eat right up until bedtime.0
-
Usually 2 - 3 hours. I eat 1 or 2 snacks between breakfast and lunch/lunch and dinner0
-
I eat based around my schedule, including my lifting timing, and preference.0
-
I eat when I'm hungry. If I'm not, why not save the calories for something bigger when I am?0
-
I'm not even going to bother separating if I'm hungry. As long as they are not every 30 or so minutes, I will stuff my mouth, granted I stay within my calorie range lol. If I'm done for the day, water will have to do.0

I eat when I'm hungry. I usually have some plan on what I'm going to eat during the day, but when I eat it all depends on when I'm hungry.0

I found that I need to eat every 3 hours or so during the day...or else I get hungry (and cranky). Ask me how I know?!
7am: breakfast
10am: Meal 1
1pm: Meal 2
5pm: veggie/fruit smoothie
7pm: dinner
Sometimes a small snack too...0 -
whenever...it just depends on my schedule...I don't have set eating times...also, it doesn't matter.0

Mine are kind of widely spaced because I try not to eat unless I'm genuinely hungry. This (usually) means I have lunch around 11AM and dinner around 7PM. If I get legitimately hungry in between I will have a small snack at about 3PM (maybe twice a week), and about once a week I feel hungry near 10PM so I'll snack. Basically, my body tends toward intermittent fasting and I listen to it.0

I never timed them. No point to it. Sometimes I eat 12 hours apart, sometimes I'm hungry half an hour later. I only pay attention to macros and calories, as that is all that matters.
Also, if you aren't eating from 5pm to 5am, you aren't eating every 3 hours.
yeah, but anything consumed after 5pm instantly turns to fat...
LULZ.
I'm with that guy... tend to eat when I"m hungry or when I can. I try to push my food back as long as I can- I try not to eat till 10 or later- for various reason- but sometime I eat right when I get here at 8.
I tend to eat around 9/10 AM- yogurt/protein/fruit 285 calories
Then 1130/1200ish Whatever chicken/steak I brought in- 5 oz meat 5 oz veggies
Snack around 1 ish.
usually a few pieces of small chocolate here and there
Espresso beans by 2
2 hard boiled eggs by 3/4
off to 2nd job.
sometimes I eat- sometimes I don't.
then I have a big ole meal when I get home at 1130 PM.0 -

Bed at 11 ish
I end up eating every 3 hours or so. Why? Because I like snacking.0 -
I'm trying to eat every 3 hours, 5 times a day. Breakfast, snack, lunch, snack and dinner. Breakfast at 5 am and dinner no later than 5 pm.
on week days breakfast at 7, snack at 10, lunch at 12, snack at 3, pre workout snack at 4.30, dinner at 7ish0 -
I've also never been able to figure out how people have dinner at 5 PM and that's their cut-off...if I'm lucky, I'm leaving the office at 5 PM...then I have an hour commute home...then I still have to make dinner, etc. I don't know...I usually eat dinner around 8:30ish. A 7:00 PM dinner would be pretty early for us.0

I normally eat three meals a day and snack as I get hungry. I don't have a set schedule though...on my days off when I sleep in I tend to only eat two very large meals. I used to save at least 1,000 calories for my evening eating, but I started working at an office job and get bored during the day, so I snack while I'm working and then eat a smaller dinner when I get home.0
