    Wow!! You look wonderful!! You are a true inspiration to people like me. Honestly. I have 74 lbs. to go and sometimes get discouraged because I am doing this alone. Meaning that is doing this alog with me.No one to give me the support to help me keep going. You truly inspired me. Thank you for that!!

    At the beginning I used to feel like I was doing this alone too, but once my family/friends saw some of the changes I was able to make, a lot of them have decided to do this as well. I motivated my mom to lose over 80 lbs and friends as well. And at the beginning I used other supports- here or some coworkers. You can do this.
